Some people love to sleep all cuddled up and close together. But not everyone does. So, here are some tips to improve your sleep with your partner.

1. Plan a fixed time for you two if you have different sleeping schedules

If you’re a couple with very different schedules, sleeping with your partner may not be as simple.

If that’s the case, then sit down with your partner and try to find a fixed time to do so. That way, you can still get the benefits of cuddling together, at least for a short time.

2. Communicate
